• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. The factory seal must not be broken.
• Proof of purchase: A receipt, gift receipt, or other valid proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened items: Due to the nature of toys, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging.
• Personalized or special-order items: Customized or specially ordered products are final sale.
• Clearance or final sale items: Products marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
• Specific categories: Certain products such as trading cards, blind box/mystery items, or edible items are considered final sale.
